Open Day

THE NEXT OPEN DAY IS SATURDAY 6TH MAY 2006

Below are details of the last Open Day at which there were around 150 registered walkers and many more who took part in the activities.:

Saturday May 7th 2005

The main walk is a 47-mile way from Portavadie in the West to Ardgartan in the East. This is divided into six shorter sections of between 9 and 17.6 kilometres.

For the Open day we offer four of these sections with a shorter section for children and wheelchairs. The sections range in difficulty and ascent. There are also two shorter guided walks in Glendaruel - numbers will be limited, so book ahead to avoid disappointment.
